1 July 2025 – Opening clinical cases submissions
31 July 2025 – 12:00 (noon) CEST – Clinical cases submission deadline
15 September 2025 – Clinical cases results announcement online. An email will also be sent to each submitter.
Prepare your submission
Your clinical case must be clear, educational, practical and real.
Your case needs to be educational and not necessarily rare or unusual.
A maximum of 300 characters typed in lower-case letters, except for abbreviations and study names.
All abstracts must be submitted (and will be presented) in English using UK English spelling with accurate grammar and spelling suitable for publication. If in doubt, please arrange for the review of your abstract by a native English speaker, by a university scientific publications office (or other similar facility) prior to submission. Abstracts must contain original material. If the abstract is accepted, further instructions will be provided at the time of the results announcement
Selected Presenters are required to present
their research onsite in Palermo.
